Managing Your Presentation Slides
The presentation slides page gives you control over how each section of your final presentation is organized and displayed. Here’s the idea: this is where you fine-tune the order of your slides, decide which sections should appear, and preview how everything will look once it’s generated.
Reordering Sections
On the left, you’ll see the full list of slide sections in the standard order we use. You don’t drag these around here. Instead, the ordering comes from your presentation template setup. The benefit of doing it at the template level is simple: you don’t have to reorganize slides every time you build a new presentation. Once you set the order in your template, it carries through automatically.
Hiding Sections
Each slide section can be opened to reveal settings, including the option to hide it. Hiding removes that section from the final report, but doesn’t delete it. The section is still available if you ever want to turn it back on.
This is especially helpful for pages that don’t apply to the type of RFP you’re working on.
For example:
If you’re not running a self-funded RFP, the Total Medical Cost Summary slide doesn’t really make sense. Instead of deleting it, you can simply hide it. If your template is set to hide a section by default, it will automatically come through that way when you create the presentation.
What Does this Mean
This page lets you quickly clean up your presentation without rebuilding anything. If something is irrelevant, hide it. If your template already reflects the order you want, you don’t have to touch anything here. It’s a simple way to keep your final output focused and aligned with the story you want to tell.
