After you’ve completed the main steps of the RFP Wizard, you’ll land on the distribution list. This is where you confirm who will receive your RFP. If you’ve already created presets for your carriers and reps, your distribution list will build itself automatically.
Plansight uses the rules you set—such as benefit type, state, group size, and carrier preferences—to determine which reps are added to the list. For example, if you’ve created a rule for a medical RFP in a specific state, the matching rep will appear here automatically. These rules can be built for any carrier and can be as broad or as specific as you need.
If you haven’t created presets yet, you can still build your list on the fly. You can add reps directly from your carrier rep directory, switch out contacts, or type in a new name and email if the rep isn’t in the system yet. Anything you add here can also be saved as a new preset rule for future RFPs.
