Sometimes you just need to type a quote in by hand. Plansight makes that part fast and hard to mess up.
When you’re in the side-by-side quote entry view, you’ll see the quote document on the left and the input fields on the right. Instead of copying and pasting the old way, you can simply click or highlight a value directly in the document.
That value is placed on your clipboard one time only.
Next, click into the field where the value belongs. Plansight pastes it straight into that cell and immediately clears it from your clipboard. That means you can’t accidentally paste the same number into the wrong place.
It’s intentional. It’s precise. And it keeps your data clean.
How it works
- Open the side-by-side quote entry view
- Click or highlight the value in the quote document
- Click into the destination cell
- The value pastes once and is removed from your clipboard
No command-C. No command-V. Just point, click, and move on.
