To use the integration, your group must already be connected to its matching group in Employee Navigator. Once that’s in place and you’ve marked the RFP as community-rated, you’ll see an option to pull the census directly from Navigator when you reach the census step.
Plansight will import the enrolled plan options from Employee Navigator and show you how many employees are on each plan. You can then map those plan enrollments into the plan sequence you want to use inside Plansight—for example, ordering them from lowest deductible to highest.
Once mapped, Plansight builds your census and rates instantly, without needing a manual upload. After that, you can source your plans as normal. Your current and renewal plans will appear with the imported census applied to each option, ready for quoting.
