Presentation Template: Home Tab Overview

The Home tab is where you control the core layout and display settings for your presentation theme. These settings apply across all benefit pages whenever this template is used. Below is a quick walkthrough of each option and how it affects your final presentation.

Add a Title Page

If you use a standard title or cover page, you can add it here.

When a title page is selected, it will automatically appear at the front of every presentation that uses this template.

Page Justification

Choose how your benefit comparisons align on the page—left or right.

This affects column alignment on all benefit pages and can help match your internal formatting preferences.

Show Current on Every Page

Turn this on if you want the current plan to always appear at the top of every page for a given benefit type.

  • On: Each page begins with the current plan, followed by renewal and alternative options.
  • Off: Pages simply continue with additional quotes, and the current plan only appears at the start of its first page.

This gives you control over how your clients see context when reviewing multiple pages of quotes.

Title Page Numbers

Toggle this option if you want page numbers displayed at the top of your benefit pages.

Footer Page Numbers

If you prefer page numbers in the footer instead of the header, you can turn them on here.

You can use one, both, or neither—whatever best fits your presentation style.

Include Decimals in Totals

Controls whether monthly and annual cost totals round to whole dollars or display cents.

  • On: Totals show cents (e.g., $1,234.56).
  • Off: Totals round to whole dollars (e.g., $1,235).

Show RFP Name

Adds the RFP name to the bottom-left corner of each quote page.

Useful when producing multiple versions for a single client.

Show Print Date

Displays the date the presentation was generated.

This helps track which version was shared with the client.

Brokerage Disclosure

Use this field to include your firm’s standard disclosure text.

The disclosure appears at the bottom of every quote page and can be customized to match your internal compliance language.
