The community-rated plans table is a presentation page that displays all your quotes in a single grid — carrier by carrier, with plan details and costs lined up in columns. Rather than building a separate page for each plan, you add quotes, and they appear as rows on the table.

What the Table Shows

Each row carries one quote across a consistent set of columns:

  • Carrier and plan name, with the carrier logo
  • Network and plan type
  • Deductible, individual and family
  • Office visit, inpatient, and out-of-pocket maximum, individual and family
  • Prescription tiers: generic, brand, non-preferred brand, and specialty
  • Monthly cost, and a link to the plan's SBC

A footnote at the bottom of the page explains how the drug tiers are read. Your agency logo sits in the page footer.

Adding Quotes to the Page

  1. Open the presentation for the renewal and go to the community-rated plans table page.
  2. Use the plan list on the left side of the editor to select the quotes you want on the page.
  3. Add or clear quotes until the page shows the comparison you want the client to see.
  4. Click Save Changes to lock in the current selection.

The page rebuilds itself around whatever is selected. Adding a quote does not mean laying out a new page — the table redraws automatically.

Common Questions

  • Do I need to rebuild the page when the plan list changes? No. The table redraws around the quotes that are selected, so adding or removing one updates the page in place.
  • Can the table run longer than one page? Yes. The page is numbered within the presentation and continues onto additional pages as the quote count grows.
  • Where does the SBC come from? Each row links to the SBC carried on that plan, so the client can
