Republish an RFP
Update an RFP’s distribution list and republish it without duplicates.

Once an RFP has been sent, you may realize you need to include additional carrier reps.

Plansight lets you update the distribution list without resending the RFP to people who already received it. From the RFP Wizard, you can add or remove reps on the distribution page. When you continue, the action changes from sending to save and republish.

Republishing does not resend the RFP to the original recipients. Plansight references the original send list and only sends the RFP to the newly added reps. Anyone who was already included is automatically ignored.

This makes it easy to add someone you missed or expand the distribution without creating confusion or duplicate emails.
