Presentation Colors

Presentation Template: Colors Tab

The Colors tab lets you control the visual style of every presentation generated from your template. Everything you set here flows consistently across all benefit pages, title pages, and auto-generated section headers, giving your presentations a polished and unified look.

Page Element Colors

The top section of the Colors tab controls the core colors used throughout your comparison pages.

Every field—header rows, alternating row backgrounds, monthly costs, annual totals, benefit change, and more—can be customized using a color picker or by pasting in your own hex codes.

As you adjust a color, the preview updates immediately so you can see exactly how it will appear on the printed pages. The goal here is simple: give you full control over color consistency so the final output aligns with your branding.

Auto-Generated Section Header Styling

Each benefit type section (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.) starts with a clean header page. These headers are auto-generated, and you can tailor their appearance with three specific color settings:

  • Section Header Subheading Color – The small label that says “Comparison of Benefits,” “Medical,” or another subheading.
  • Section Header Heading Color – The main bolded title for the section.
  • Section Header Pipe Color – The vertical divider that sits between the text and the secondary presentation logo.

These settings let you fully brand the headers that introduce each benefit type. This screenshot shows exactly how these colors map to the final layout.

A Consistent Look Across Every Page

All color settings you configure here apply everywhere this template is used.

That means every benefit page, every section header, and every printed version of the presentation will follow the same palette—giving you a clean, consistent, professional look without any extra manual work.

Be sure to save your changes before closing to lock in your theme settings.
