How to Add New Carrier Contacts
A quick walkthrough on adding new carrier reps to Plansight, including where to find the Carrier Reps page, how to add a rep, and what to know about authorized email domains.

Adding a Carrier Rep in Plansight

Carriers > Carrier Reps

This opens the full list of reps already in your system, along with a search bar so you can quickly check whether the contact you need is already set up.

If they aren’t, just click Add Carrier Rep. Enter their name, email address, and select the carrier they belong to. One important thing to pay attention to: the authorized domain. The rep’s email address must match the carrier’s approved domain, or the system won’t allow the addition. Once everything matches, click Add User to finish.

As soon as the rep is created, they’re ready for you to assign distribution rules, so your RFPs and quotes go exactly where they need to.
