Often, the problem lies in the selected funding type . By changing the funding type to Level Funded Express , you can unlock the grayed-out fields and manually enter the rates you need.

1. Go to the quote by clicking the Quotes Tab
2. From the drop down menu find the plan
3. Click the Edit button ( pencil icon ) located next to the Plan Group Name
4. In the left side panel scroll down to the Funding section
5. From the Funding Type drop down options change to Level Funded Express

By changing the funding type, the system will update automatically, unlocking the fields and allowing you to make edits and adjustments as needed.
