If a carrier responds to your market request with a declination, you can capture that directly in Plansight so it shows up with the rest of your market responses.
On the market response page, find the carrier and click the action button on the right-hand side. Select Enter Declined to Quote.
You’ll be prompted to choose a decline reason. Submit it, and the declination will immediately appear in the market response list, keeping the record complete and visible for the broker and client.
