Hubs are the sliding drawers on the right side of the screen that give you help exactly where you are in Plansight. Each major area of the platform has its own hub, and every hub is built to surface the most relevant training, articles, and videos for the page you’re working on.

How Hubs Work

Whenever you navigate to a new section—Dashboard, Employers, RFPs, Quotes, Carriers, Templates, Community-Rated Plans, or Admin setup—the hub updates itself to match that part of the platform. You never have to look around for the right help. The hub brings it to you.

Every hub includes a curated mix of:

• Navigation Guides give you a quick tour of the page and highlight where key features are.
• Articles that explain features, workflows, and best practices
• 📺 Video Channels for quick, visual learning
• Searchable knowledge base access, so you can look up anything across Plansight
• Product announcements (found only in the Dashboard hub)
