Dashboard Table Filters

Using Filters on the Dashboard

One of the fastest ways to work through your Dashboard is by using filters. Each table—Renewals, Draft RFPs, Active RFPs, and Past Due RFPs—comes with its own set of filters designed around the data shown in that table. This lets you quickly narrow the list to only the employers or RFPs you want to focus on.

Adding Filters

Click Add Filter to choose from the available fields. You can stack multiple filters together to build exactly the view you need. In the screenshot, filters have been applied for Employer Status and specific Renewal Months, instantly trimming the list down to the right accounts.

Saving and Reusing Filters

On the right-hand side, you’ll find the Saved Filters menu. This is where you can:

  • save any filter combination you’ve created
  • quickly reapply saved filters with one click
  • set a default filter for that table

When a filter is saved as your default, the next time you load that table the filter will apply automatically. This is especially useful if you routinely focus on a certain market size, renewal window, producer, or segment of your book.

Clear Filters Anytime

If you want to reset your view, just click Clear Filters and the table will return to its full list.

Using filters not only helps you find what you need faster—it helps you stay organized, reduces noise on the Dashboard, and keeps your focus on the accounts that matter most.
