Need to add a new or existing team member to Plansight?
- The boxes on this form are for what level of access you would like to give this user.
- Broker Manager:
- This privilege ensures they have access exclusively to information within their designated offices.
- Broker Admin (Champions):
- Assign this role if you want the user to have the highest level of system access. This permission allows them to make changes that affect the entire brokerage, such as modifying plan attributes, templates, cover letters, and other global settings within Plansight.
- Delete Data:
- Allows for this user to edit or Change Data on RFP's
- Regions: (Enterprise Brokerages)
- Assign the territories that encompass multiple offices for the user.
- Offices: (Enterprise Brokerages)
- Individual physical locations or branches within a region.
