Smartsheeting - How Plansight AI speeds up quote evaluation

When Plansight ingests a quote, our AI doesn’t just dump the numbers into a spreadsheet — it interprets them.

We compare the quote document against the current plan values, pull data into the designated fields on the sheet, and color-code each value so you immediately know how much confidence you should have in it — and where your attention is needed.

Here’s what each visual indicator means:

AI Verified.png

AI Verified – Auto-filled fields that match current plan values and have been validated by Plansight AI. These are labeled AI Verified , giving you confidence they are exact matches to the current plan.

AI Filled Not Match Current.png

Purple Field – Values that differ from the current plan and have been replaced by Plansight AI. These require user review for accuracy .

User Updated.png

User Updated – Fields manually overridden by the user. Any edits you make will be saved and tagged as User Updated .

Match Current No AI.png

From Current – Fields carried over from the current plan when AI could not validate or replace the data. These values are provided as a starting point, saving time by pre-populating relevant information even if it is not explicitly found in the quote.

Empty From Current.png

From Current - No Value (yellow) – Plansight AI could not find a value in the quote document and there was no corresponding value in your current plan, so the field is left blank and flagged.

Bottom line

Smart Sheeting dramatically cuts your quote evaluation time by auto-filling what we can, flagging what changed, and tracking what you touch — reducing manual data entry and instantly telling you where to focus your QA efforts.
